Privacy Policy for ClientDoneForYou

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ClientDoneForYou collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and services.

ClientDoneForYou is operated by ORCHID'S DEVOTION UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIF 518221393, registered at Rua Carolina Michaelis de Vasconcelos, 5, 2670-526 Loures, Lisboa, Portugal. We act as the data controller for account, website, and billing-administration data described in this policy. For prospect data uploaded or processed on a customer's instructions, the customer generally acts as controller and we act as its service provider or processor.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • name and email address
  • account and workspace details you enter into the product
  • billing and subscription information
  • customer support messages and onboarding responses
  • technical usage data such as IP address, browser, device, and logs
  • cookie and analytics data used to operate and improve the service
  • transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited billing details from Stripe
  • prospect, campaign, message, and connected-account data you choose to process

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the platform
  • create and manage user accounts
  • process subscriptions and payments
  • deliver support, product updates, and service notices
  • monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve reliability
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we process data as necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service and preventing fraud, and, where required, based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and related service providers we use to operate billing. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. Stripe receives transaction and payment-method information and processes it under its own privacy terms and applicable financial-services obligations.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers only where needed to operate the service, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, authentication, AI functionality, customer support, and communications. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, understand traffic patterns, and improve the user experience. Where required, we request consent before using non-essential analytics or marketing technologies. Browser settings can block cookies, but strictly necessary cookies are required for core account functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain account data while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support, disputes, fraud prevention, and reactivation. Billing and transaction records may be kept for the period required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and financial laws. Product logs and backups are deleted or anonymized on a rolling basis where reasonably practicable. Prospect data is retained according to customer instructions and operational backup cycles.

8. International transfers

Providers that support the service may process data outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or your local supervisory authority. To make a request, contact us at dmitrii@clientdoneforyou.com.

11. Customer prospect data

Customers determine which prospect data to submit and how to use it. Customers must have a valid legal basis, provide required privacy notices, honor opt-outs and objections, and comply with direct-marketing laws. Individuals may contact the relevant customer as controller or contact us so we can route a request where appropriate.

12. Children's privacy

ClientDoneForYou is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
